Hi The recipient’s email address is valid. I just cannot send out via my google mail. Please teach me how to fix this. Thanks.

Delete email plan and account.

Add account only selected US , not asia or euro

no much efforts required. if you are using godaddy account, just set mailHost = “relay-hosting.secureserver.net”. will work fine.

Good suggestion, but what I had to do was put the google MX in and made sure it saved. Works fine now.

Just called GoDaddy Domain support and the guy pointed me to this page…

You have to delete all current entries in your MX list and add the five you see on that page.

THANK YOU Maritime news!!! Your comment looks like what my problem is: just set up a new godaddy email account and chose asia, just changed MX entries to the asia ones like you did, now waiting for the hour to pass! I’m sure that’s it and it will work. cheers.

I have an email form running on the website that uses gmail smtp to send out emails. The emails use different return path.
Some emails get rejected returning the following error message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

email@domainname.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected email@domainname.com (state 14).

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I’m based in China and I’m still having problems when sending or receiving emails using my domain account.
I set my DNS like this:
MX @ smtp.asia.secureserver.net (set to 0)
MX @ mailstore1.asia.secureserver.net (set to 0)
MX @ smtp.secureserver.net (set to 0)
MX @ mailstore1.secureserver.net (set to 10…by default is set to 10)

Anyone have any idea why is not working?

Please help!
